Products orders
The products available on the website, including any samples or gifts with purchases that Serfel may offer to you, are for personal use or gifts only. You may not sell or resell any Products you purchase or otherwise obtain from Serfel.
There may be a slight difference in the design of the outer shape of the “package – carton” of the product received by the customer and its display image on the Serfel website, due to the issuance of a newer design for the package or the external carton of the product by the manufacturer. This does not mean the difference in the content of the product and Serfel guarantees that, and it always strives to update and renew product display images periodically.
Products offered for sale on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason, after placing an order for a product(s) that we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel your order in full.
All orders will be accepted. We have the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or because we are unable to obtain authorization to charge the price, because there are delivery restrictions that apply to a particular piece, or because the part you ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is being recalled. Payment will be approved and placed on hold when placing your order and the amount will be deducted from your account when Serfel has finished sending your order. You also confirm that the credit card you have used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it.
No credit card data will be saved , sold to, displayed on or rented to any third parties except in connection with our online payment gateway service provider.
Delivery
Serfel delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and at our expectation, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to seven (7) business days starting from the day your order is confirmed by email depending on your region.
Delivery charges, if any, will be added to the order price and will be shown in your local currency separately on the order form during the payment check and review process.
If no one is available to collect your order, you will have the option of arranging an alternate delivery date or obtaining additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order in the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any attempt other delivery.
Orders will be delivered from Saturday to Thursday, except Friday and official holidays.
Customs fees for international shipments
The total shown in the order is the amount of products. Any additional amounts collected by customs after shipment are not affiliated with Serfel. You can view the Aramex shipping charges:
Kuwait:
Customs: The stamp is 1 KD + 2 KD for customs clearance fee + IATA fee*
+ customs declaration 5% of the total value of the shipment.
*IATA Fee: Depends on weight and source, and there is no value-added tax.
UAE:
If the invoice value is 991.72 AED and above, it is subjected to customs duties and VAT.
There is an applicable VAT between 100 AED and 999 AED.
Bahrain:
Above 301.68 BHD as the total invoice value, it will be 5% customs + 5% VAT.
Oman:
Above 299.15 OMR, the value of shipments will be 5% on the total invoice value + 3.47 OMR on customs clearance fees for each shipment. No taxes.

Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
At Serfel, our mission is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. For your safety, Serfel does not allow the return or exchange of its products, but with the exception of damaged products that arrive to you.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact out customer service at [email protected] to cancel your order, and we will do our best to cancel it unless your order has not already been fulfilled.
If this happens, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In all cases, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to assist you.
Offers and Discount Coupon:
You can take advantage of the Visa discount, the Apple Pay discount as an additional discount with the discount coupon, offers and discounted products.
Other discounts such as: discount coupon, Qitaf Al Tamayuz discount on offers and discounted products.
When using the reward of earning Qitaf points, it is not possible to take advantage of the visa discount, the Apple Pay discount, or the coupon discount.
